29 June 2009

Leading Western Australian home building company, Dale Alcock Homes, officially launched its latest stunning new display home, The Boulevard, in Austin Cove Estate last week.

The home was unveiled to key Peel region government officials and local business identities on Wednesday June 24 at an official function.

"This home is a demonstration of our ongoing commitment to the area and is an illustration of Dale Alcock Homes having a greater presence in the Peel region and partnering local businesses and the general community. Our vision is to be the local builder of choice drawing on a trade base from the region and support the local community through various strategic sponsorships," said Dale Alcock Managing Director of Dale Alcock Homes.

"The Peel region is still one of the fastest growing areas in Australia and we regard it as a key growth corridor, particularly with the completion of the rail link and the imminent opening of the Perth to Bunbury freeway."

The event also witnessed local Bilya Noongar elders Clarrie Walley, Louise Hansen and Joanna Corbett perform a traditional "Welcome to Country" ceremony followed by a brief history into the Peel region and its cultural significance. Ms Hansen and Ms Corbett both attended the opening in place of their sister Lorna Little, the regions female custodian, who was unable to attend due to ill health.

Guests were also treated to three amazing spiritual Aboriginal dances by the Warrdong Dance Group. Dances braved the weather to perform a traditional emu and kangaroo dance and spirit dance.

"We feel it is important culturally to recognise the traditional land owners and foster greater communication and opportunities with the Bilya Noongar people," said Mr Alcock.

The Boulevard is Dale Alcock Homes' latest example of luxurious family living. The home features a stunningly appointed master suite with parents retreat, three generous minor bedrooms, sunken lounge and open plan living which flows directly onto a magnificent alfresco.

The launch of the home also see's local Mandurah identities' Michelle and Dominic Garratt join the Dale Alcock sales team. Michelle, formerly of Century 21 Coast Realty Mandurah, will be promoting Dale Alcock's expansion into the Peel Region via the new display home as a sales consultant.

Both Michelle and Dominic are welcome additions to the team. With their background in a mix of sales and hospitality they have a core focus on customer service. Michelle's success has been demonstrated by the many awards she has achieved over the years. As a catering business owner operator her company won two gold plate awards and was a finalist in several other categories.

They are very passionate to become the key advisors for new living solutions within the Peel region. With their background in both real estate and hospitality, Michelle and Dominic are committed to providing outstanding customer service and knowledge in the property market.

"The benefit of working for such a quality builder like Dale Alcock Homes is that we can offer prospective clients the full range of services covering all segments of the market from first homes buyers to the people building their third or fourth home," said Michelle.
