Best Customer Service in South West WA

Leading Western Australian home building company, Dale Alcock Homes South West, has been honoured with the region's top housing industry award at an awards ceremony held on Saturday, 18 October 2008.

The Housing Industry Association (HIA) South West awarded Dale Alcock Homes South West the 2008 Excellence in Service Award (Large Builders) for the fifth time.

The prestigious HIA Excellence in Service Award measures all areas of customer satisfaction.  A popular award amongst builders and consumers, the company is judged according to the response of an independent survey of the builder's clients.

Dale Alcock Homes South West stood head and shoulder above the rest and demonstrated its commitment to setting and managing client expectations, establishing customer service benchmarks and maintaining ongoing client liaison.

Dale Alcock Homes scooped the 'best customer service' award against some very strong competition across the South West region.

Capping off an already successful evening, the company also took out the impressive Best Display Home worth $275,001 and over category.  The winning display home was The Residence, inspired by modern five-star resorts and located in Dalyellup. 

The company also won in the following categories:   

• Small Lot Housing Project of the Year
• Display Homes worth up to $200,000 (Esprit)
• Project Homes worth up to $225,000
• Project Homes worth $225,001 to $255,000.

Commenting on the many award wins Managing Director of Dale Alcock Homes South West Graham Teede said he was overjoyed.  "To win Best Customer Service for the fifth time is a huge accomplishment for us," said Graham.
