New Mandurah Beachside Releases

THREE new residential land precincts have been released at Mirvac's $450 million Seascapes beachside residential community in Mandurah.

Mirvac has launched its Oceanside, Parkside and Reserve precincts, with prices ranging
from $208,000 and $500,000, along with a $14,500 incentive package comprising fencing, front and rear landscaping and an early settlement rebate.

Seascapes development director Julian Urquhart said the variety of homesites on offer would attract a wide range of buyers.

"Our latest land releases have something to suit a range of budgets and lifestyles.

"I anticipate buyers will range from those who want to secure premium oceanside land to build a luxury home, to first home buyers seeking affordable property and growing families who value proximity to schools and other community facilities."

Seascapes' Oceanside precinct offers 14 large lots, about 100 metres from the beach and within walking distance of the future Seascapes Village Centre.

Residents in the Parkside precinct will enjoy an outlook over the central park and proximity to the local primary schools and beach. Eleven lots are available ranging from 500sqm to 684sqm.

More affordable homesites are available in the Reserve precinct, situated at the western boundary of Seascapes opposite the Merlin Reserve. The precinct comprises 16 lots and is near a large sports oval with play equipment and is close to the primary schools.

Mr Urquhart said the major draw cards for buyers at Seascapes were the design of the community, proximity to the beach and the range of on-site facilities.

"Seascapes has been designed so that all of the homesites, apartments and houses are central to community facilities – no matter where you are within the estate, you are within close proximity to the beach, Seascapes' six parks and the Village Centre.

"To this end, a 2km network of walk ways and cycle ways has been established to help connect all parts of the Seascapes community, and promote outdoor activity.

"The fact that Seascapes is only minutes from the Mandurah CBD and about one hour from Perth means that residents can enjoy a coastal lifestyle with a range of urban conveniences at their doorstep."

Mr Urquhart said buyers in the new land precincts would be able to enjoy new facilities which would be added to Seascapes with the construction of The Village Centre.

"A new piazza will soon be built as a meeting place within The Village Centre, with 1200sqm of retail space for restaurants and boutique stores – this area will become a new hub not only for Seascapes but also for the Mandurah community."

Seascapes' Oceanside, Parkside and Reserve precincts are land only releases.
